Meet the Peroba Rosa, also known as Palo Rosa or by its botanical name, Aspidosperma polyeuron. This towering beauty, stretching up to 40 meters into the sky, is not just one of the South American rainforest's tallest treasures but also one of its most vulnerable. 🌳 Sadly, our graceful Peroba Rosa is now facing the threat of EXTINCTION. 😢

Due to illegal logging and habitat destruction, the population of these trees, especially in Brazil's Atlantic forests and the Cerrado region, has been severely diminished. But here’s the good news: you can help turn the tide! 🙌 

With Peroba Rosa now legally protected, its cutting and pruning are strictly prohibited. It's our duty to ensure that future generations can also stand in awe of these giants. 🌐 So, how can you make a difference?
